The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply of district heating pipes and components in connection with the expansion of the district heating network in Rødovre Municipality. As a result of the tender process, one framework agreement will be concluded with the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender. The framework agreement is tendered by Rødovre Municipality on behalf of Rødovre Kommunale Fjernvarmeforsyning (hereinafter referred to as “RKF”). The framework agreement covers deliveries of a value corresponding to a maximum of DKK 38 million excluding VAT during the term of the framework agreement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is based on an estimate, which is however associated with a certain uncertainty, as the final number of connections may vary. When concluding the framework agreement, RKF does not commit to purchasing a specific quantity or value of deliveries from the supplier. The supplier cannot therefore claim adjustment of the offered prices, compensation, compensation or other reimbursement if RKF were to order fewer deliveries than described in the tender documents. The framework agreement is expected to run from 2025 to 2029 with the possibility of four (4) extensions of one (1) year duration, cf. the provisions of the framework agreement. The framework agreement thus has a maximum term of eight (8) years, if all options are exercised. This tender concerns the purchase and delivery of an electric truck and a service agreement to Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies, cf. tender appendix F. Novafos will invest in the first electric truck equipped with a crane and grab. This new addition to the fleet marks an important step towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly operations. The electric truck will handle heavy lifting and transport tasks efficiently, while significantly reducing CO2 emissions and noise levels. The crane and grab enable Novafos to perform sediment handling and material transport with greater precision and less environmental impact. This investment underlines Novafos' commitment to green transition and the ambition to integrate more sustainable solutions into daily operations. In addition to the truck, the tenderer must offer service agreements as described in Requirement 8 of the requirements specification. Service agreements are part of the total price offered and will be included in the evaluation. Prices must be offered for an option for work lights. There will be 2 voluntary options that the tenderer can choose to bid on regarding charging solution and pick-up and delivery service. This is stated in the requirements specification. The expected contract value for the electric truck and associated service agreement and options is estimated at approximately DKK 4,500,000. The estimate is the best estimate from the client and is not binding.
